This editable notice is for personal property that remains after a tenancy has ended and the premises have been vacated. It gives the former tenant or other known owner information about the property, where it can be claimed, possible storage charges, and the claim deadline.

Do not use when
- You only suspect the tenant abandoned an active tenancy and have not lawfully recovered possession.
- You plan to discard, keep, or sell belongings immediately without completing the statutory process.
- You cannot identify the last known address or other address where the former tenant may reasonably receive notice.
